Refund policy

Our refund policy lasts 30 days, given that we receive an email from you within 10 days of receipt requesting a return/refund.

In most return cases it is due to sizing issues.  Your email requesting a return/exchange is to ensure that we have the right size in stock.  If not, we may be able to show you an alternative design or make another arrangement.  In all return cases, we need to hear from you via email before you ship the returned merchandise.   Please contact info@posseofpickleballers.com with the return details.

Your item will be exchanged or refunded (minus original shipping cost), as long as:

  • You communicated with us within 10 days of receipt.
  • The item is in perfect condition, has not been worn, and is in the same condition that you received it - Items with noticeable wear will not be eligible for return.
  • A copy of the original sales receipt is included.  

We are not responsible for the payment of the return shipping.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please take note, that until your item is in our hands, we cannot be responsible for it. Please track your packages.
